What is soft play rental?

Soft Play involves creating an environment that has soft surfaces and allows even the youngest of children to play safely. Our play areas provide a safe, clean and fun environment for children 0-5 years of age to run, jump, climb and crawl without parents having to constantly worry or fear injury. Soft Play encourages little one's to use their imagination, try things they normally may not be allowed to do at home and allows them the freedom to explore independently. 

Do you set up outdoors?

Absolutely! As long as the weather permits. We will set up outside for any event. In summer months outdoor parties & events must have a shaded or covered area for soft play   equipment, so it's not too hot for your little ones. The soft play equipment can get extremely hot in summer time and can cause burns. We will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing. We will only set up on grass or solid areas that is clear of debris and animal feces.

What if it rains?

To ensure the safety of the little ones. We will not set up outdoors if there is rain in the forecast. Rain can also damage our equipment. You should have a indoor location as a back up plan, incase of weather. If indoors isn't a option, you may reschedule your event within a reasonable time frame. 

Refunds?

Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. 

Once your event date is scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals & services for your event date, and thus the $75 deposit is non-refundable and all other payments are non-refundable within 1 week of your event. 

 

All services may be canceled no later than 3 weeks before the event. A credit in the amount of the deposit will remain on file if the event is postponed and will be available for use for up to 6 months from the day of cancellation.

Do you have any rules?

Yes, for the safety of the children and to ensure that our equipment stays in good condition. We do not service events that will have face paint, So please let us know if this will be a issue.

Do the children need to be supervised while using soft play equipment?

Yes 100%. Children must be supervised by someone 18 years or older.

 

If you would like to hire a attendant to be present for your event to supervise children and make sure rules are followed, Please email us for more information. 

How does delivery work?

We will arrive at least 1 hour prior to your event start time to begin set up. Delivery time will be arranged 24 hours prior to event day. If there will be any restrictions that may delay set up (stairs, lack of parking, etc.) Please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Can we make changes to our rental?

We will accept any request for changes that are made at least 48 hours in advance. All orders / service changes must be placed in writing or emailed to avoid any confusion. We can not guarantee your request of change/services but will do our best. 

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of 70592. Delivery charges will be added if outside of 10 mile radius. Please messages or email us if you would like a delivery quote. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit cards, Debit Cards or Cash.
A refundable Cleaning fee of $50 must be paid in cash at time of delivery.
